The Legend of The Gem Knight
Prologue
"Off to bed now!" Said a man, about the age of sixty, sixty - five. His grey hair was short cut, while his eyes were hazel brown. The sweater he wore was about as old as him, as people would say, but he liked it, so he wore it whenever he found it necessary. He was as tall as an old man could be, about five feet and a half. His lips were curved in a smile.
Those, in whom's direction was the call, turned to him and started laughing, while jumping around the room. Finally, after about fifty jumps, they both fell on their beds and started inhaling. They were both boys, about eight years old. They were equally tall, they had an equal number of teeth, and they always acted like twins, although they weren't. The boy on the left bed was Dargren, with his black hair and hazel brown eyes, he looked like his father quite a lot. While, the boy on the right bed was Gordirn, with brown hair and black eyes. His grandfather was back at Demacia, reading books in the library.
They were the heirs of the Noxian standard of military power and the Demacian standard of military power. Darius, The Hand Of Noxus and Garen, The Might Of Demacia. The peace which had formed after a great war was a long-lasting one, and now, over three generations were able to live happily through it.
"Grandfather, tell us a story!" Demanded Dargren, whose eyes flickered with excitement at the idea of the story which his grandpa was going to tell them. The old man reached for a story book. "No! Tell us a reaaaal story!" The young boy said, stopping his grandfather's attempt to take the book full of boring tales.
"A real story, eh?" Asked Dargren's grandfather, smiling and showing them his teeth. They both nodded and started asking, pleading for an interesting story. The old man lifted his shoulders. "Oh well, Dargren's parents will be away today, so one story won't hurt, will it?" The grandfather joked and pulled a chair in between the beds.
"So, what should I tell you?" He pondered. "Oh, why not 'The Legend of The Gem knight'? Do you want to hear it?" He offered, smiling as the boys started shouting that they wanted to listen to the story. The grandfather smiled as he started to tell them the tale...
